Can I get next day delivery if I need items immediately?

Yes providing the items are in stock, next day delivery is available. Please contact our customer care team in order to arrange this. Please note delivery costs may be higher than usual if you require next day delivery. Our customer care team will advise you of any additional costs that may be incurred.

How will I know when items are arriving?

A delivery date will be arranged with you when you place any orders, if there is a delay in delivery we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date.

What happens if my goods arrive and some items/all items are damaged?

Please notify customer care immediately if some or all of the goods are damaged. A replacement item will be given. Please return any damaged items to their original boxes if possible. Please note: If items are plumbed in then this is an acceptance by the customer/plumber that items were in good condition when delivered and cannot be replaced.
